Hatha Yoga gives you tools to help overcome one of the biggest factors undermining health and well-being in the modern world; an out of balance stress response system. The class will include asana (postures), pranayama (breath control), and meditation
Postures are held longer, using the breath to become steady and comfortable in the posture, inducing relaxation and unlocking the tightness in the body.

Express Corporate Yoga
Short effective yoga and meditation classes for staff, right at work, with timeslots that easily fit into their workday. Staff will have the opportunity to breathe, stretch and relax, taking just 15-30 minutes of their workday. Tailor your sessions to suit your workplace schedule.
Gentle Yoga for Arthritis
Whether you suffer with aching stiff joints from Osterarthritis or Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Ankylosing Spondylitis, lower back pain or other chronic diseases you will begin to find relief, release of tension and inner peace.
There is no requirement to be strong or flexible as movements are gentle and tailored to each person’s abilities and limitations.

Online Chair Yoga for Seniors
This style of yoga has elements of a regular yoga class for seniors, all practiced in the comfort of a chair where participants feel fully supported. The modified movements are simple and will improve wellbeing on so many levels.
Classes start and finish with mindful relaxation, focusing on the breath throughout the class to assist with lung function and nourishing every cell of the body with a little extra oxygen. Whilst introducing gentle movement to bring flexibility and ease of movement. Introducing chanting specifically with the intention of improving cognitive awareness.
Yoga Nidra is a state between waking, dreaming and sleeping, it is a state where you can gain complete rest while remaining fully conscious. It is a completely safe practice that requires no skill and anyone can practice.
It is especially beneficial for people who suffer from insomnia, chronic pain, stress, anxiety and fibromyalgia.
Meditation is a mindfulness practice, where the aim is to still the mind and take it away from the daily happenings and come to a place of stillness and silence by first relaxing the body systematically and then bringing the focus to the flow of the breath.
It is beneficial in reducing stress, anxiety and can even lower blood pressure. Meditation calms the nervous system and temporarily suspends the thinking process into a state of open enquiry, wonder and complete relaxation
Individual 1 on 1 Yoga
Perhaps a group setting is not for you or you have specific needs or maybe confined to your home, this could be what you have been looking for. Experience Yoga in the comfort and privacy of your own home or a small private studio.
The sessions are based around discussion of specific needs so your practice can be tailored exactly to your requirements, working within your limitations and finding solutions to challenges. With guidance through gentle movement, breath and mindfulness exercises, nurturing the body, mind and spirit.
